LayerBoard
LayerBoard is an engineered double layered pallet divider specifically designed for applications that demand a degree of crush to stabilise the palletised products.
- LayerBoard features a high load-bearing 3mm Masonite board with an engineered surface slip resistance that enhances sweep palletisation.
- The high crush B Flute cardboard underlayer stabilises the bottles and jars whilst sealing the openings.
- All materials used are virgin food grade and UV stable, with the Masonite raw materials harvested from FSC approved plantation forests.
- Each sheet can be expected to provide up to 10 turns, and is suitable for bottles and jars of all sizes.
- LayerBoard comes standard in 1420mm x 1090mm and 1200mm x 1000mm sizing, however other sizes may be available. Please send an enquiry for more information about sizes.
