TriPad is an inexpensive single use product that provides exceptional cost effectiveness for glass bottle and jar shipments of all sizes and in applications where pallet dividers are either unable or unexpected to be reused.

  • TriPad is perfect for export orders. The thinner 1.8mm Masonite sheet reduces costs while still providing high load bearing properties.
  • The high crush cardboard layer glued underneath seals the bottle opening and maintains bottle stability in transit, thereby reducing waste and emissions, and enhancing delivery efficiency.
  • TriPad is a UV stable product that incorporates the same smooth upper surface as LayerBoard for seamless sweep palletising and depalletizing, plantation timber and food grade cardboard.
